Description

The TSM50FR and TSM120FR Meter-Mix Systems employ a parallel-drive system with positive-displacement pump technology to ensure repeatable, accurate volumetric metering, mixing, and dispensing of low to medium-viscosity two-part materials.

These systems are fixed-ratio, pneumatically powered, and digitally controlled via a user-friendly touch-screen interface, enabling a wide range of electrical dispensing accessories and a simple yet robust robot interface.

The TSM50FR can dispense mixed material from 2 cc to 50 cc to within +/- 1% volumetric accuracy.

These mix-and-dispense systems can be used in bonding, encapsulation, potting, sealing, and insulating applications for all industries
